“Azerbaijan wants to attract 10-15 percent of goods sent from China to Europe,” said Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev at a press conference.

He stressed that more than 100 million tons of cargo were transported from China to Europe in 2016.

The Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway connecting Asia with Europe was launched on October 30, 2017.
