Azerbaijani football club Garabagh have defeated Maltese Valetta 1-0 in the first match of the two-legged encounter in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.
Garabagh`s goal came from Chumbinho as the two clubs locked horns at the Ta' Qali National Stadium in Malta.
The return match will be held in Baku on July 22.
