The FIFA list of referees from Azerbaijan for 2013 has changed.
Aliyar Agayev and Rahim Hasanov have replaced Fariz Yusifov and Vusal Aliyev.
Meanwhile, according to head of the AFFA Committee of Referees Khagani Mammadov, Aliyar Agayev is the youngest referee of FIFA in the world. He is 25.
