V. Hajiyev said that Shusha will host the V Congress of World Azerbaijanis on April 22 and 23: “It is the first Congress of World Azerbaijanis held after the Victory. This Congress to be held in Shusha -the cultural capital of Azerbaijan and the Turkic World Shusha, will be named Victory Congress and make important decisions to determine the activities of the diaspora.
